Flat bottom is ideal for Electric Stove. Round Bottom is ideal for Gas Stove. This wok is made from 100% steel which is sought by Asian cooks. This wok spreads the heat evenly and uses less oil for deep-frying compared to traditional deep-fat fryer. Cleaning care of this wok should include wiping the inside of the wok with a small amount of vegetable oil. This helps prevent rusting. However, if you are going to use this wok frequently, wiping the inside of this wok with vegetable oil might not be necessary. Also available is an optional bamboo steamer.
